Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KRS Consultants (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our recruitment services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, you should not use our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms apply to all clients, candidates, and users (“you” or “your”) who use the recruitment services offered by KRS Consultants. By engaging with our services, whether as a client or candidate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

For Clients (Employers):

We provide recruitment services that include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates for employment opportunities.
  • Providing consultation on recruitment strategies.
  • Assisting in candidate placement based on your specified requirements.

For Candidates (Job Seekers):

We provide assistance to candidates seeking employment by:

  • Helping candidates find suitable job opportunities that match their skills and qualifications.
  • Providing advice on job application processes, interview preparation, and career development.
  • Presenting candidates to potential employers based on qualifications and preferences.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and detailed job descriptions, requirements, and any other necessary information to assist with the recruitment process.
  • Communicate any changes in job specifications, hiring requirements, or job status in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback on candidates introduced by KRS Consultants within a reasonable time frame.
  • Pay all agreed-upon recruitment fees in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the signed agreement between KRS Consultants and the client.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.

4. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information regarding their qualifications, experience, skills, and references.
  • Be available for interviews and provide timely responses to potential employers.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by KRS Consultants, including job descriptions, interview details, and other proprietary data.
  • Notify KRS Consultants immediately if they withdraw their interest in a position or are no longer available for consideration.

5. Fees and Payment

For Clients:

  • Recruitment fees are due upon the successful placement of a candidate introduced by KRS Consultants.
  • Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary, as outlined in the agreement between KRS Consultants and the client.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the signed agreement and must be adhered to by the client. Invoices are due within 15 days from the date of issue.
  • All payments made to KRS Consultants for Employer services are non-refundable.

For Candidates/Job Seekers:

  • KRS Consultants does charge candidates/Job Seekers for its recruitment services. All services vary in charge.
  • KRS Consultants may charge candidates for any additional services to support the recruitment process.
  • KRS Consultants only refunds payments if the service is not delivered.

6. Candidate Introductions

  • Exclusive Rights: If a candidate introduced by KRS Consultants is hired by the client, the client agrees to notify KRS Consultants and pay the agreed recruitment fee.
  • Guarantee: KRS Consultants may offer a candidate replacement or refund guarantee for a specified period after the candidate’s start date. The guarantee terms will be specified in the signed agreement between KRS Consultants and the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both the client and candidate agree to keep all information shared between them and KRS Consultants confidential. This includes job descriptions, resumes, interview feedback, salary expectations, and any other proprietary information. Confidentiality obligations continue after the conclusion of the recruitment process.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Agency Liability: While KRS Consultants takes reasonable care in providing recruitment services, we cannot guarantee the suitability of candidates for a client’s needs. KRS Consultants is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or issues arising from the hiring of a candidate.
  • Candidate Liability: Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their qualifications, experience, and skills align with the job requirements. KRS Consultants is not liable for any issues arising during the course of employment.
  • Limitations: In no event shall KRS Consultants be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination of Agreement

  • Client: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client hires a candidate after the agreement’s termination, the recruitment fee remains payable to KRS Consultants.
  • Candidate: Candidates may withdraw their application at any time before a job offer is extended. However, once a candidate accepts a job offer, they are expected to honor their commitment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country]. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Location].

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
